Chipola Healthy Start Donates Car Seats to Marianna Fire Department

Chipola Healthy Start's Janai Groomes, Program Director and Abby Golden, RN made a special delivery of two new car seats to the Marianna Fire Department on June 18. The seats will assist with emergency transportation needs. Healthy Start also provided resource directories and child passenger safety education. This August, Members of the Marianna Fire Department are set to participate in training to become certified child passenger safety technicians, organized by Chipola Healthy Start and the Florida OPRC.
Seats were also delivered to the Marianna Police Dept .
