Complete Screening Process

When you go to your first prenatal visit, answer a few questions on the Healthy Start Risk Screen. You’ll also have the opportunity to complete one at the hospital when your baby is born.

Connect With the Right Program

The Connect program talks with you as the client to decide which prenatal or infant home visiting program in the area would best fit your needs.

Begin Receiving Services

Once enrolled, services can be provided in the comfort of your own home, at the Healthy Start program office in your county, or at another place of your choosing. Participation is voluntary, and you can stop services whenever you want.
