Our Connect program is the entry way into the maternal child health visiting programs within our five-county area. The potential client talks with the CI&R (Coordinated Intake & Referral) Specialist. The client has the ability to ask to be placed into a certain program or, answer the questions and through answering, will be placed into the program that best suits their needs. The CI&R Specialist may also make referrals and provide needed resources or information about the community.
