As of October 6, 2026, Governor Ron DeSantis signed Executive Order 26-202, declaring a state of emergency for 25 Florida counties in preparation for Tropical Depression Nine.
Since then, Tropical Depression Nine has strengthened and is now Hurricane Isaias. The National Hurricane Center is continuing to monitor the storm and its potential impact on the Florida Panhandle.
